Key Responsibilities :

Team Leadership :

Create a high-performing team culture that encourages collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

Project Planning & Execution :

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives. Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Product Development & Growth :

Drive the strategic vision of the product by collaborating with product management, development teams, and business stakeholders to grow and enhance the product. Constantly seek opportunities to improve user experience, market positioning, and scalability.

Data-Driven Decision Making :

Utilize data analytics to understand product performance, user behavior, and market trends. Make data-informed decisions to optimize product growth strategies and improve operational efficiency.

Cross-functional Collaboration :

Work closely with stakeholders across product, engineering, marketing, sales, and operations to ensure alignment and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Risk & Issue Management :

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively manage issues as they arise, ensuring minimal disruption to project progress.

Stakeholder Communication :

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Provide regular project updates, reporting on milestones, progress, and any potential risks.

Continuous Improvement :

Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in fintech and project management. Continuously evaluate and improve project management methodologies and tools.

Key Qualifications : Experience :

6+ years of experience in project management roles, with at least 3 years in Fintech.

Proven experience in building, and managing teams across multiple functions.

Demonstrated ability to grow a product from inception to market success.

Technical Skills & Knowledge :

Should have hands on experience with

NodeJS

and a strong understanding of backend development.

Soft Skills :

Exceptional leadership and people management skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Analytical thinking with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.

Ability to quickly grasp new knowledge and technologies relevant to the fintech landscape.

Education :

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
