Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tech Lead - Node JS, located in Hyderabad. The Tech Lead will be responsible for leading a team of developers, designing and building scalable applications using Node JS, ensuring the performance and reliability of applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. The role involves conducting code reviews, mentoring team members, and providing technical guidance to solve complex challenges.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Node JS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Express

Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, and API design

Knowledge of database solutions like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and MySQL

Understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks

Experience in cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Previous experience in leading a technical team is a plus
