- Design and architect internet scale and reliable services.
- Communicate effectively and build relationship with our partner teams and stakeholders.
- Help shape our long-term architecture and technology choices across the full client and services stack.
- Partner with global product management and engineering and operations leaders to help shape technical product architecture & practices, roadmap and release plans
- Drive strategic and tactical decisions which ensures the successful delivery of projects.
- Lead the technical design, vision, and implementation strategy
- Create execution plan and lead the engineering team to complete the vision.
- Apply best-practices and coding patterns that ensure solutions are maintainable, modular, and of high code quality.
- Develop and evolve engineering processes and teamwork models, applying creative problem solving to optimize team efficiency

What you need to succeed :
5+ years of experience in software development with proven ability in management roleStrong technical skills with experience in designing & developing enterprise applicationsStrong Java / JEE, design, coding and architectural skills along with problem solving and analytical abilitiesExpertise in Kafka, Azure Cosmos DB, Mongo DB, Analytical and reporting databasesExperience in developing and leading teams building solution with cloud technologies (AWS and / or Azure)Expertise in JavaScript, React and GraphQL and JenkinsStrong working knowledge of software development methodologies and software design patterns and have experience leading significant software projects / productsProven experience running or leading sophisticated projects through full product delivery cyclesConsistent track record developing, leading, coaching, and mentoring software engineers and engineering managers towards delivering timely, high-quality software as a teamAmbitious and not afraid to address unknowns, demonstrates a strong bias to actionConsistent record in recruiting and building robust teamsStrong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving and conflict resolution skillsExcellent speaking, writing, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to persuade, encourage, and empower othersBS or MS or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related fieldPassion and a love of what you do!(ref : hirist.tech)
