This role focuses on enhancing employee productivity and retention strategies , managing headcount across multiple locations, and effectively addressing employee grievances. Key Responsibilities
- Discuss with business heads, managers, and team leads pertaining to employee productivity and retention strategies .
- Manage employee headcount for multiple locations.
- Conduct skip-level meetings with employees.
- Address employee grievances and queries , conveying resolution status to employees.
- Coordinate induction and new line orientation .
- Serve as an escalation path for unresolved employee relations issues.
- Maintain attendance and leave management systems .
- Organize events for employee recognition, team-building games , and celebrating important days.
Job Requirements
Excellent communication skills .Strong people management skills .Knowledgeable in using MS Office applications .Ready to work in US Shift (6 : 30 PM to 3 : 30 PM IST) .Skills Required
