We are looking for a highly experienced VP / GM – Sales (B2B) to lead our India operations for a global MNC specializing in Earth Lighting Protection Systems. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing business strategies, and building strong B2B client relationships across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B sales of earth lighting protection systems across India.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to establish a strong foothold in the Indian market.
- Identify and acquire new clients while maintaining strong relationships with key accounts.
- Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing sales team.
- Collaborate with global leadership to align India operations with company goals.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.
- Ensure achievement of revenue and profitability targets.
Required Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).Minimum 15 years of B2B sales experience.Must have proven experience in selling earth lighting protection systems.Strong network and relationships with industry stakeholders.Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and establish market presence for a global company new to India.Skills Required
