Key Responsibilities :
- Drive business through the bancassurance channel with the help of a dedicated team.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and performance benchmarks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner bank branches and their personnel.
- Ensure high levels of team productivity and customer satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements :
Team handling experience is mandatory – preferably in Bancassurance.Candidates with 4–5 years of experience in the bancassurance channel and a proven track record in the insurance industry are preferred.Team handling experience from Direct or Alternate channels in life insurance is also acceptable.Must have career stability and a strong performance history.Only candidates from the insurance background will be considered.Resumes from other industries will not be accepted.Preferred Background :
