Responsibilities
- To make regular Outlet tours to review standards, procedures & operational status
- To review facility which include linen, therapy beds, closet, treatment trolley, storage and equipment upkeep on daily basis to ensure standard is maintained
- Responsible for timely documentation and discipline of the staff in accordance with Human Resources Strategic Policy
- To keep a track of training hours of the therapists, stylist and Operations team
- To ensure purchasing requests are submitted on time for all professional and operational products
- To ensure month end inventory is done properly and evaluate current and new product lines for professional and retail use
- To compile yearly budget for responsible outlet and maintain monthly statistical report
- To oversee monthly incentives for the therapists and create exciting incentive programmers on regular basis
- To review all departmental learning checklists for therapists and stylist are in order and update training matrix accordingly
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Graduate or Masters in any discipline and not a mandate for experienced candidates.
Preferred Skills
Experience working as Store / Outlet Manager in wellness Industry, retail or similar industry must.Good knowledge in MS- Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Office 365Analytical skillsExcellent Communication & Interpersonal SkillsIssue Resolution & People UnderstandingTeam Management & People ComplianceExperience
5-10 years of experience in Retail, Wellness, Service & Hospitality Industry is a must.Skills Required
