Role Description

KGL is seeking a Store Manager to lead operations at its inaugural retail store, located at Dhan Mill Compound, Delhi. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for a professional with a passion for luxury retail, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering an extraordinary client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Oversight

– Oversees daily store operations with precision, inspires and mentors the team, and fosters a professional environment aligned with KGL’s values.

Sales & Financial Management

– Monitors and drives sales performance, provides insightful analyses, and ensures seamless management of all financial operations.

Client & Brand Representation

– Acts as the primary point of contact for VIP clients and stylists, delivering a curated, exceptional brand experience while nurturing lasting relationships.

Operations & Compliance

– Manages inventory, upholds company standards, and coordinates with headquarters on marketing initiatives, visual merchandising, and in-store events, while ensuring security and operational excellence.
