Job Title : Senior Presales Engineer – Cybersecurity (West Region)
Location : Mumbai / West India (with regional travel as needed)
Reporting To : Chief Business Officer (CBO) / Head of Presales, 63SATS
Role Overview :
As a Senior Presales Engineer, you will lead technical presales efforts for all cybersecurity solutions in the West region. You will engage enterprise customers, translate business problems into secure technology solutions, design demonstrations and proofs-of-concept, and act as the trusted technical advisor to prospects and partners.
Key Responsibilities :
Technical Solutioning :
o Engage with clients to understand business challenges and propose suitable cybersecurity solutions from the 63SATS portfolio.
o Lead technical discovery sessions, product demonstrations, and solution workshops for enterprise, fintech, and government clients.
o Design and deliver customized Proofs-of-Concept (POCs) and respond to technical RFPs, RFIs, and security assessments.
Sales Support
o Work closely with sales and channel teams to design winning proposals and technical bid documents.
o Ensure smooth technical handover to implementation teams post-sale.
Stakeholder Engagement :
o Influence CISO, IT head, and other technical stakeholders through compelling solution presentations and architecture diagrams.
o Conduct technical enablement sessions for partner engineers and internal sales teams.
Customer Success & Feedback :
o Collect and share feedback from presales engagements with product and engineering teams to continually improve offerings.
o Provide guidance on compliance, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Technical Evangelism :
o Represent 63SATS at conferences, webinars, and customer events in the West region.
o Maintain strong knowledge of the latest cybersecurity trends, regulations, and competitive landscape.
