We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Monetization Expert to lead and optimize revenue-generating initiatives across the Impacteers platform. This role will focus on identifying monetization opportunities, designing pricing models, and enhancing user conversion while aligning with our mission to empower career growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement monetization strategies for courses, mentorships, assessments, and premium features.
- Analyse user behavior, engagement, and conversion funnels to identify revenue opportunities.
- Design and test pricing models (subscription, freemium, pay-per-use, bundles).
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to align monetization with user experience.
- Monitor KPIs such as ARPU, LTV, CAC, and churn rate to drive sustainable growth.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and market research to stay ahead of trends.
- Optimize onboarding and upsell flows to increase paid user adoption.
- Work with tech and analytics teams to build dashboards and A / B test monetization 3-6 years of experience in monetization, growth strategy, or product management in a B2C tech or edtech company.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, Google Analytics, Mix panel, or similar.
- Experience with pricing strategy, user segmentation, and funnel optimization.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with edtech platforms and user behavior in learning ecosystems is a plus.
Preferred Skills :
