Presales Consultant – End User Services (EUS)

Location : Hybrid (Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Delhi NCR)

Role Overview

The Assistant Manager – EUS (End User Services) will support pre-sales, solution consulting, and business development activities for Infinite’s End User Services portfolio . This role focuses on Service Desk, Desktop Support, Device Lifecycle Management, Collaboration Platforms (M365, Google Workspace, etc.), Modern Workplace Transformation, and End User Experience Management (EUEM) . The consultant will partner with sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to craft compelling EUS solutions, drive competitive proposals, and enable account growth.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sales & Business Development

  • Manage end-to-end bid support including RFP / RFI responses, proposals, solution documentation , and client presentations.
  • Support creation of EUS solutions covering IT Service Desk, EUC, Workplace Modernization, Collaboration, Mobility, and EUEM .
  • Prepare effort estimation, cost modelling, and pricing strategy for competitive EUS deals.
  • Participate in client workshops, due diligence sessions, and proposal defence meetings .
  • Conduct business and market analysis to identify emerging trends in end-user services and digital workplace transformation .

Solution & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with internal teams across sales, delivery, alliances, and product partners to build differentiated EUS offerings.
  • Create and maintain reusable solution templates, standard proposals, and knowledge repositories for EUS .
  • Analyze past deal performance to recommend improvements in solution strategy, pricing, and positioning .
  • Innovation & Enablement

  • Stay updated on next-gen workplace technologies such as AI / ML in Service Desk, Virtual Assistants, Digital Experience Monitoring, and Zero Trust for endpoints .
  • Work with alliance partners (Microsoft, ServiceNow, Citrix, VMware, etc.) to align solutions with the latest technologies.
  • Conduct enablement sessions for peers and new joiners to strengthen the EUS pre-sales function .
  • Required Qualifications

  • MBA (Business, Strategy, or IT specialization) with a Bachelor’s in Engineering (Electronics, Computer Science, or related discipline).
  • 3–6 years of relevant experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or business development in EUS / Digital Workplace / End User Computing .
  • Strong proficiency in RFP / RFI responses, pricing strategy, and stakeholder management .
  • Good understanding of Service Desk operations, ITIL processes, collaboration platforms, and workplace transformation .
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical tools .
  • Excellent business communication and presentation skills .
  • Preferred Certifications

  • ITIL Foundation (must-have for EUS pre-sales).
  • M365 / Modern Workplace Fundamentals (Microsoft Certified).
  • ServiceNow Fundamentals or equivalent ITSM certification.
  • EUC / Device Management certifications (Intune, VMware Workspace ONE, etc.).
