Role Description
- Formulation of annual marketing strategies, communication development for HCP / Patients
- Execution Excellence in driving specialty (like Gynae, GP, Dietitians and Pharmacist) activations / engagements
- Know how HCP insights are extracted from HCP research and utilize it effectively with a robust communication / sustainable marketing campaign
- Build strong scientific relevance for the brand to ensure a distinct identity amongst HCPs
- Building strong Marketing programs to engage HCPs / Patients effectively. Execute with the help of cross functional teams. Tracking and measuring the impact of the Marketing Programs and also the third-party field force
- Responsible to identify potential opportunities within community & drive incremental growth of products with synergy
- Responsible for the topline and A&P management
- Build & develop Key Opinion Leaders / influencers all India and utilize relationships for shaping market initiatives and for driving sales
- Manage creative agencies, collaborate closely as strategic partners
- Liaise with internal stake holders to gather and analyze latest trends / insights by using qualitative / quantitative resources
- Support and drive sales team in achieving targets and ROI
- 100% Adherence to Signutra Ethics and Compliance policy
Qualifications
Worked in the brand management / marketing as a Product Manager or Brand Manager for minimum 3 yearsExperience in Gynaec segment would be preferred1-2 years experience in sales function will be an added advantageShould have strong community marketing experience & community business model know-howSuccessful track record of establishing new categories / concepts / brands among HCPs and / or patientsProven track record for designing, implementing and tracking impact of creative marketing programs through sales force.Total desirable experience of 6-8 years in marketing.Strong in product and therapy science.MBA Marketing from reputed Institute will be an added advantageWho you should join Signutra :
