Domestic Supervisor

Domestic Supervisor - 17.27 hour post - Vale of Leven Hospital

The posts shift pattern is Monday.-Sunday–16.45-20.15. Friday – 16.45 : -20.01

• Day to day supervision and 1st line management of domestic staff.
• Plan, organise, deploy and direct domestic staff.
• Assist in the recruitment and selection procedure for domestic staff,
• Undertake induction and 'on the job' training and completion of appropriate documentation.
• Undertake regular monitoring of cleaning standards and ensure corrective action is taken.
• Complete departmental documentation for monitoring and audits.
• Issue of cleaning materials and stock control
• Reporting mechanical and structural faults relating to domestic equipment and fabric and furniture within the building.
• Allocation of staff on a daily basis ensuring appropriate levels. Implement duty rotas and leave and

completion of staff payroll information appropriate.
