Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Panaji for a Housekeeping Supervisor. The primary responsibilities include overseeing and managing housekeeping staff, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance standards are met, coordinating daily housekeeping operations, maintaining cleaning equipment, and addressing any facility-related issues. The role involves scheduling, assigning tasks, and performing regular inspections to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and organization are upheld.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated Supervisory Skills, with the ability to manage and lead housekeeping team members effectively.
- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and understanding of Facilities Operations and Facility Management (FM).
- Strong Communication skills to convey instructions clearly and work collaboratively with team members and management.
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Experience in a similar role within hospitality, healthcare, or facility management is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; further certifications in related fields are an advantage.
