About the Role

As our Real Estate Investment Analyst, you will play a central role in evaluating land parcels, conducting market and financial analysis, and supporting the end-to-end investment and acquisition process.

You will work directly with the founder and leadership team on strategic decisions, feasibility studies, and identifying new opportunities across South India.

This role is ideal for candidates coming from JLL, CBRE, Knight Frank, Cushman & Wakefield, or similar real-estate consulting environments.

Key Responsibilities1. Financial Modelling & Feasibility

• Build detailed Excel models including IRR, NPV, cash flow, and sensitivity analyses
• Evaluate land and development opportunities across various asset classes
• Assess investment returns, risks, timelines, and overall project viability
