About the Role :

The Investor Reporting Analyst will play a key role in supporting the fund operations and investor relations teams for Real Estate Private Equity funds. The role involves preparing and reviewing investor reports, managing data across financial systems, and ensuring timely, accurate, and transparent communication with investors and auditors.

Key Responsibilities :

Investor Reporting & Analysis

  • Develop a deep understanding of Real Estate Private Equity fund structures, operations, and reporting processes.
  • Prepare and review customized investor reporting templates to ensure consistency, accuracy, and high-quality deliverables.
  • Prepare Quarterly Investor Reports, Performance Summaries, and other periodic updates for investors and stakeholders.
  • Calculate and validate IRR (Internal Rate of Return), Time-Weighted Returns, and Leverage Ratios for multiple real estate funds.

Fund Operations & Audit Support

  • Prepare management fee calculations and investor memos in accordance with fund agreements and internal policies.
  • Provide audit confirmations, respond to auditor inquiries, and ensure data accuracy for financial and operational audits.
  • Manage and track investor requests and fund activities through Salesforce, ensuring data completeness and accuracy.

    • Investor Servicing & Communication

  • Manage the Limited Partner (LP) mailbox, responding to investor queries and providing timely updates.
  • Support investor onboarding, including setting up investors on fund platforms and updating Salesforce with relevant details.
  • Handle ad-hoc investor data requests, reporting needs, and customized analyses as required.

    • Qualifications & Skills :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3-7 years of experience in Investor Reporting, Fund Accounting, or Real Estate Private Equity operations.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting principles, fund performance metrics, and private equity structures.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, and financial data systems / applications.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to interact effectively with investors, auditors, and internal teams.
