What You Will Be Doing

• Develop and maintain "BrainLifts"—structured knowledge frameworks that codify deep customer and domain insights to align teams, enhance AI capabilities, and drive decisive action
• Execute rapid OODA Loops (Observe-Orient-Decide-Act) with weekly product iterations focused on solving the Most Important Problem with measurable impact
• Transform learning science research into practical product features that demonstrably improve student outcomes
• Collaborate directly with founders and cross-functional teams to prioritize initiatives that maximize educational impact

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD / hour, which equates to $200,000 USD / year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
