The Product Manager (PM) is responsible for defining and supporting the building of desirable, feasible, viable, and sustainable products that meet customer needs over the product-market lifecycle. This role involves working in the SAFe environment & leading the Product Management function within the Agile Release Train (ART) and ensuring that value streams are creating feasible and sustainable products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities :
- Product Strategy and Roadmap : Lead the development of product strategy and customer roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs.
- Product Vision and Features : Define the Product Vision, Roadmap, and Features required to meet customer needs.
- Cross-functional Alignment : Drive cross-functional alignment to support business and product objectives, from development to customer-facing teams.
- Product Development Oversight : Oversee product development, including research, requirements definition, pilot planning, and post-launch optimization.
- Customer Needs : Understand, identify, and define customer needs, consolidating and articulating business needs into new product concepts or upgrades.
- Collaboration : Collaborate with a wide range of people and customers to identify and define market and business needs. Collaborating closely to a wide range of people (Product management, Program management, Product Owners, System architect / Engineering, RTEs, Business owners, ...) to develop and communicate the product vision and roadmap
- Agile Release Train (ART) : Drive the Agile Release Trains (ARTs) in delivering value, ensuring effective implementation of SAFe practices
- Prioritize & Aligning the product backlog : with the needs of the different Product Manager(s)
- Client Facing : Participate in demos and Inspect and Adapt (I&A)"
