Implementation Engineer

Job descriptionStrong understanding of omnichannel communication technologies and their role in contact centers. Hands-on experience with Contact Center software suites (Five9, Cisco UCCE, Amazon Connect, NICE, Twilio, Avaya, Genesys). Five9 experience is a plus. Strong skills in SQL (mandatory), IP networking, and REST APIs. Familiarity with AWS, Linux, Nginx, Redis . Previous experience with outbound contact center products (dialer, ACD, IVR, etc). Excellent problem-solving ability, consultative communication style, and a customer-first mindset.

What You’ll Do
- Lead the implementation of Konecta products into customer ecosystems.
- Act as a consultant and product SME , gathering requirements and aligning solutions with client needs.
- Configure, test, and deploy Konecta software in multi-tenant SaaS environments .
- Train and support users, ensuring smooth adoption and transition to production.
- Troubleshoot implementation issues while effectively communicating updates to clients.
