Job descriptionA bachelor's degree in computer science with 5+ years of technical experience in a large enterprise organization, or equivalent professional services experience. 3-5 years of experience in customer implementations of cybersecurity solutions. Hands-on experience working with cybersecurity customers to deploy relevant solutions. Solid understanding of both business and technical requirements. Ability to follow detailed direction and receive feedback. Experience contributing to deployment project plans. Strong communication skills (both written and oral) across internal teams and customers.
Role Overview :
- Join Skyhigh Security to lead implementations and integrations of product suite into customer environments.
- Ensure products and solutions are configured to maximize customer benefit, adoption, and usage.
- Drive the stickiness of solutions within customer ecosystems.
- Work alongside senior team members to lead customer implementations.
- Understand technical requirements and customer environments.
- Assist project leads in developing overall implementation project plans.
- Define solution configurations based on requirements understanding.
- Act as a specialist to install, configure, and troubleshoot products and solutions as per the project plan.
- Ensure customer policies are configured according to their requirements.
- Help customers understand how technology functions, increasing adoption and driving product stickiness.
- Learn and adopt best practices for customer deployments from senior team members.
