Business Development Associate

Role Overview :

We are looking for a Business Development Associate who is not just a salesperson but a full-fledged team member. This role will involve driving growth for our AI SaaS products as well as generating new software development projects for Madgeek. You will use a combination of research, AI tools, and marketing strategies to find and engage prospects, nurture relationships, and contribute to our overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Identify and engage potential clients for AI SaaS products and custom software projects.

Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Use Madgeek’s AI tools and market research to prospect leads and manage pipelines.

Collaborate with the team on marketing, content creation, and campaign strategies.

Support proposal creation, presentations, and business pitches.

Participate in shaping product positioning and messaging.

Attend industry events and networking sessions to expand Madgeek’s presence.

Skills & Requirements :

Entrepreneurial mindset; takes ownership and actively contributes to the team.

Experience in B2B sales, business development, or growth marketing.

Familiarity with AI tools, CRM platforms, and lead generation strategies.

Strong content creation and marketing skills (writing, campaigns, social media).

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
