ADIIVA is a lean, high-impact startup working at the intersection of two major technological innovations - LLMs and Robotics. With our first office in Bangalore, we are looking to hire a brand marketer + creator that will help us build a revolutionary product that transforms how children learn.
ABOUT THE ROLE
At ADIIVA, you’ll be part of the founding team. You will be working closely with the founder, to shape our journey from vision to victory. This role offers unparalleled autonomy and the chance to co-create a category-defining AI device for children in a 0→1 environment.
Based in Bengaluru (full time, on-site), you will travel to key markets for partnerships and / or customer discovery.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Define and evolve the brand identity, messaging and voice
- Spot trends, moments, cultural hooks and quickly turn them into content
- Lead strategy and execution across Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube
- Design experiments, iterate fast and make content that travels. Use AI tools to 10x output
- Produce consistent, high-quality short-form and long-form content that educates, entertains, inspires and builds trust
- Create immersive, age-appropriate content that delights children, including writing engaging stories, dialogues that spark laughter and curiosity, designing games and quizzes to reinforce learning
- Partner with creators and influencers to build authentic, scroll-stopping content
- Build and nurture a community of parents, educators and young fans to deepen brand loyalty and gather feedback for enhancements
- Actively participate in and spark conversations across Discord, Reddit, LinkedIn communities relevant to educational devices for children
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
2+ years of experience as a marketer / content creatorVideo-first storytelling : Strong on-camera presence and editing skills, with an instinct for trends, memes and formats that resonate. Ability to articulate complex ideas in a simple and clear mannerProlific writing : Excellent writing and communication skills, Hindi / English bilingual preferredCommunity building : Experience engaging in online communities and sparking conversations, not just broadcasting contentAI native marketing : Deep curiosity for how LLMs and AI search are reshaping discovery, with ideas on how to optimize for themHybrid growth operator : A blend of creativity and data-driven thinking;equally comfortable crafting stories and analyzing results
