About the Role
We’re looking for a highly experienced Technical Content Writer who goes beyond writing, someone who thinks strategically, researches deeply, and understands how great content can move prospects through the funnel. You’ll play a key role in shaping how our products are perceived, bridging the gap between technical capability and customer relevance.
This is not just about creating content, it’s about creating impactful narratives that position our SaaS products as market leaders and compel our audience to take action.
What You’ll Do
- Research and deeply understand our market, audience, and competition to identify messaging gaps and opportunities.
- Craft compelling content that highlights our unique value proposition (USP), what makes us different and why it matters.
- Write and edit a wide range of materials, including website copy, product pages, blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and more.
- Collaborate with the product, marketing, and sales teams to translate technical features into clear, persuasive business benefits.
- Continuously analyze competitor messaging, tone, and positioning and use that insight to strengthen our own.
- Support website revamps and launches by building a strong, cohesive content framework aligned with our buyer’s journey.
- Create content that drives awareness, interest, and conversion across channels.
What We’re Looking For
4+ years of experience in technical or product content writing, preferably in a SaaS or B2B technology environment.A strategic thinker who believes great writing starts with great research.Proven experience in creating content that resonates with decision-makers (CXOs, Product Leaders, Marketers, etc.).Excellent understanding of market positioning, storytelling, and buyer psychology.Strong ability to identify content gaps, analyze competitors, and translate research insights into differentiated messaging.Familiarity with AI-driven researchExceptional command over language, structure, and tone, capable of writing for clarity, persuasion, and conversion.Someone who can articulate not just what to write, but why.Experience collaborating with marketing, product, and design teams during website revamps or brand positioning projects.What We’d Love to Hear From You
