Data Analytics Lead

Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Leader for our Data and Analytics practice. This pivotal role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in professional services or consulting, who possesses a deep understanding of modern data platforms and a passion for turning data into actionable insights.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving our internal data strategy, maturing our analytics capabilities, and leading a team of talented analysts. In addition to internal responsibilities, this role may have active participation in client engagement related work. You will be instrumental in expanding our data and analytics service offerings and delivering exceptional value to our internal key stakeholders and service lines.

Key Responsibilities

Internal Analytics Leadership :

• Develop and execute a comprehensive internal data and analytics strategy to support business objectives and drive a data-driven culture.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of data analysts and developers.
• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of our internal data warehouse, data lake, and data pipelines to ensure data quality, integrity, and accessibility.
• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of our internal data warehouse and data lake, with a specific focus on integrating and modeling data from SAP or Oracle ERP systems.
• Champion the use of data analytics across all business functions, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Standardize and govern data and analytics processes and best practices.
• Manage the portfolio of internal analytics projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business priorities.
