About the Role :
Are you passionate about sales training and the automotive sector? We're looking for a dynamic Process & Sales Trainer to work with one of India’s leading automobile brands. In this off-role position via NIIT Ltd , you’ll be instrumental in driving sales excellence at company's dealerships by installing processes and training sales teams on products and techniques.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver classroom and on-the-job training (OJT) on product & sales skills to dealer teams
- Install and maintain the sales process across assigned dealerships
- Conduct audits and monitor adherence to QLQD and other standards
- Drive new product launch training programs
- Help dealers recruit capable Sales Executives
- Maintain training records and DSE (Dealer Sales Executive) database
- Analyze sales performance and training effectiveness
- Use digital tools to enable modern sales processes
- Continuously refresh training for existing teams to boost productivity
- Provide real-time demonstrations and coaching in field scenarios
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :
% of DSEs trained (vs. target)DSE productivity (Retail / DSE)Sales process adherence (QLQD score)Successful onboarding of new dealershipsTraining data analysis & reportingEducation :
Graduate or above – Engineering / Diploma preferred
Experience :
2–5 years as a Sales Trainer
Prior automobile sales experience is a strong plus
Age : Between 25–35 years
Gender : Male (as per role-specific field requirements)
Other Requirements :
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and digital training toolsStrong communication, observation, and coaching skillsAbility to travel locally and conduct field-based training sessionsPosition Details :
