Role Responsibilities :
- Achieve product loan acquisition targets through field sales initiatives.
- Maintain a strong pipeline via lead tracking, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Support or manage junior sales officers in absence of team leads.
- Oversee accurate documentation for cross-sell products and services.
Job Requirements :
3–6 months of relevant sales experience, preferably in NBFC or financial products.Graduate or undergraduate candidates can apply.Good communication and customer engagement skills.Willingness to work in field-intensive roles with target accountability.Skills Required
