Role Overview
We are looking for a
Lead Generation Specialist
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads through research, cold calling, and digital tools. The role involves engaging with sales teams, passing on warm leads to Business Development Managers (BDMs), and ensuring a steady pipeline of opportunities for the company. The Lead Generation Specialist will also work with tools such as
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
to identify prospects and drive lead generation campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct
cold calling
to identify and qualify potential leads.
Research and build prospect lists through LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools.
Engage prospects to gather key information and assess interest in Auscomp’s offerings.
Pass on qualified warm leads to the
Business Development Managers (BDMs)
for further engagement.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and target accounts.
Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and pipeline information.
Coordinate with internal teams to align lead generation efforts with company objectives.
Assist in developing outreach campaigns to maximize lead generation efficiency.
Provide weekly reports on leads generated and campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications & Skills
1–2 years of experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or inside sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in cold calling and handling objections professionally.
Experience using
LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, and MS Office .
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Knowledge of IT hardware and technology distribution will be an added advantage.
