2x Formwork Chippies – Perth Metro (Salter Point Project)

$45 / hr + penalties + allowances | 10hr days | 4–5 months work (possible perm)

We’re seeking 2x experienced Formwork Chippies to join a civil construction crew on the Salter Point Construction Project . This role offers immediate starts, great site culture, and consistent hours with the potential to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate.

About the Role

You’ll be working across a variety of concrete and structural tasks including :

Retaining walls

Columns

Stairs

Suspended slabs

What We’re Looking For

Proven formwork / civil construction experience (mining experience okay)

Ability to work independently and follow instructions

White Card essential

Own tools (battery drill & basic hand tools)

Own PPE – long pants, long sleeves, boots

Physically fit and reliable

Must have experience with retaining walls, columns, stairs, and slabs

Operator tickets highly regarded

Perks & Pay

$45 / hr + penalties + allowances

Weekly earning potential : ~$2,738.40

Meal allowance : $19 (after 1.5hrs OT)

Travel allowance : $21.94 daily

Industry allowance : $64.10 weekly

Tool allowance : $39.60 weekly

Start Date : Immediate

Location : Perth Metro – Salter Point

Hours : 10-hour days, Monday to Friday
