Manager - Business Development - EU / Canada Region (14-24 yrs)
We are Hiring for Business Development Management Profile
Qualifications : B Pharm / M.Pharma with MBA Or PhD
Years of Experiences : Minimum 10 + years in business development of Generic Pharma Industry with emphasis on Out and In-licensing with Good written and verbal communication skills
Job Description :
- Monitor Global and Europe and Canadian markets for new product opportunities in both branded and Generic space
- In depth understanding of new product selection processes including portfolio management
- Primary responsibilities for executing out-licensing activities for the companies approved and In-development projects including financial modelling
- Responsible for In-licensing late stage high value products from regulated market aligning with companies long term strategies
- Generate new leads and cold call prospective customers and meet with potential partners face-to-face or over the phone
- Responsible for identifying potential partners, negotiation of deal terms, term sheet & execution of contract for the region
- Management of existing and new projects in line with the Companys BD strategies and expansion plan
- Develop New Geographical market and pursue out licensing contracts in new market
- Lead preparation and coordination of the product selection meetings and ensure that the Cooperation of the BD department with other internal stakeholders is carried out in most efficient way
Skills :
Experiences in Europe and Canada pharma marketExposure towards number of Pharma market intelligence databases including Evaluate, IQVIA, Cortellis etcHands on experience with Europe and Canada regulatory strategies, Contract, Term Sheet negotiation, Alliance Management and deeper understanding of the competitive landscapeExperience in contract negotiation, development and alliance managementRole : Business Development Manager (BDM)
