Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities :

The OFE (Office of the Executive Management) role reports to Bosch Service Solutions India Head. The role is a section level role that is focused on

• . Supporting practice head and management team to develop and execute the business unit strategy.
• . Drive strategic programs with cross functional / cross-business impact for the entire practice.
• . Drive / Participate cross functional teams within practice and across organization as part of the key strategic initiatives
• . Support with business related reports (Financial, Business etc.) by working with commercial function.
• . Improve management tracking and reporting with digitalization
• . Ensure yearly calendar is published and executed as planned (Business review, Goal definition, deployment, Quality, HR related etc..) -run monthly status review along with department managers and commercial functions
• . Plan and orchestrate meetings / workshops among management team and drive the outcomes
• . Manage practice initiatives with different teams (eg. communication desk, tracking SO strategic tasks, HR interventions etc.,)

Interfaces and influencing.

External & Internal communications

Qualifications

Level Eligibility : JMP's / L53 / L54 (TP1 pool candidates can also apply.)

1. Experience in leadership function leading delivery or projects.

2. Prior experience as a OFE is not mandatory though an advantage.

3. Experience with leading initiatives across business functions and org level.

4. Customer facing experience is a bonus.

5. Strong competency on excel, presentations, driving OPL and review cycles.

6. Experience in working with delivery teams to co-ordinate for RFQs as needed

7. Ability of converse in German is an added advantage

8. Interest to learn new technology and support delivery heads to identify new trends.
