Purpose : The role is responsible for managing project financial planning, project funding, cost control, contract administration and commercial governance for hospital expansion and greenfield / brownfield projects. This position will work closely with internal project teams, finance, procurement and external contractors / vendors to ensure cost efficiency, financial compliance and timely project delivery. Key Responsibilities : Project Finance Develop detailed project financial models, feasibility studies, and ROI analysis for new hospitals, expansions and acquisitions. Monitor project cash flows, fund utilization, and adherence to approved budgets. Evaluate investment proposals and monitor capital expenditure (CAPEX) utilization. Contracts & Commercials Draft, review, and administer project contracts including vendor agreements and service contracts. Ensure compliance with contractual terms, SLAs, and change order management.
