Cash Application Specialist

Summary

The role involves supporting financial activities, performing GL reconciliations, maintaining accurate cash volume data, preparing timely reports, contributing to FRA projects, and coordinating with process SMEs, while ensuring compliance and supporting audits. Key performance indicators focus on internal and customer satisfaction, service delivery, and process automation, with essential skills including communication, financial accounting, people development, process optimization, stakeholder influence, and critical thinking.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide timely and proactive support to the GL, TCM team & In country team.
• Maintain accurate and timely fixed Cash volume & value information in the fixed register and perform GL reconciliation.
• Prepare analysis or reporting with particular emphasis on accuracy, compliance and timeliness of data provided.
• Work with direct managers, stakeholders to support financial activities, decision making and general projects
• Contribute to FRA projects at country or BU level.
• Coordinate with process SME's on technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios.
• Provide all data needed for internal and External Audits as and when required within the stipulated timelines
