We are currently hiring for the below position :

Designation : Valuation (Non-Technical) (as per experience)

Location : Mumbai

Salary : ₹8 LPA to ₹10 LPA

Key Requirements :

• Experience in non technical valuation of real estate asset classes such as residential, commercial, and industrial properties
• Strong knowledge of DCF Method, Income Approach, and other valuation techniques
