Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a team handling Property & Casualty Insurance processes
- Oversee daily operations , ensuring team KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards are met
- Prepare and analyze MIS reports , daily / weekly performance metrics
- Drive process improvement and maintain compliance with insurance regulations
- Manage team schedules, appraisals, and performance evaluations
- Provide coaching and support to team members for continuous improvement
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across regions and functions
Requirements :
Minimum 7+ years of experience in Property & Casualty InsuranceAt least 2 years of team handling experienceStrong communication and people management skillsPrior experience in BPO / KPO setup preferredHands-on experience in process management and reportingComfortable working in US rotational shiftsSkills Required
