Job description

Over 7 years of experience in Property & Casualty Insurance, with a solid understanding of underwriting, claims, and policy servicing processes

2+ years of team handling experience managing performance, mentoring, and daily task allocation

Skilled in Process Management, including MIS reporting, monitoring team KPIs, and driving operational excellence

Strong background in the BPO / KPO industry, with a focus on insurance-related operations

Excellent communication skills with experience in client interactions and cross-functional coordination

Flexible and comfortable working in US shifts
