Job Title : Senior Sales Representative

Location : Noida (Work from Office)

Experience Required : 8+ Years

Work Timings : 6 : 00 PM – 3 : 00 AM (One-way cab provided at 3 : 00 AM)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT services sales for U.S. clients, with proven expertise in generating leads, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, along with the ability to work independently in a dynamic, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and strategic prospecting methods.

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the IT services industry and client requirements.

Identify and map client business strengths, opportunities, and pain points.

Prepare and present regular reports on achievements, pipeline, and areas of improvement.

Support in achieving and exceeding monthly and yearly sales targets.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.

Keep updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Sales, or a related field.

Minimum 8 years of proven experience in Business Development / Sales, preferably in the IT services industry.

Strong client relationship management, negotiation, and convincing skills.

Proven ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.

A self-starter with the ability to operate individually as well as part of a team.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Significant experience working with U.S. clients.

Hands-on experience with data mining tools, MS Office, and CRM software.

Comfortable working in the U.S. time zone.

Requirements
