About the Role : We are looking for a
results-driven Amazon Ads Associate
to lead performance marketing efforts on
Amazon and Flipkart . The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing advertising strategies that drive revenue and scale our d2c nutrition brand.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of advertising campaigns on
Amazon and Flipkart .
Develop and implement effective
PPC ad strategies
to grow revenue while maintaining efficiency (ACoS).
Manage daily operations and account responsibilities across multiple accounts.
Monitor and maintain
key performance metrics
(e.g., ACoS, CTR, CVR, ROAS).
Analyze campaign performance data to generate actionable insights and
optimize for scale and efficiency .
Collaborate cross-functionally with the
R&D and product teams
for new product launches and go-to-market strategies.
Produce and manage
daily, weekly, and monthly reports
on campaign performance, revenue trends, and KPIs.
Keep up with
platform updates and algorithm changes , applying the latest best practices and tools.
Communicate campaign results, strategies, and optimizations clearly with internal teams and stakeholders.
Requirements : Proven experience in
Amazon Marketing , including both
organic and paid
growth strategies.
Strong understanding of
Flipkart Ads
is a plus.
Demonstrated
success managing PPC accounts
(Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, etc.).
Deep interest in business growth and digital advertising.
Excellent
analytical skills
and ability to translate data into strategic insights.
High attention to detail with the ability to manage
multiple priorities
in a fast-paced environment.
Strong proficiency in
MS Excel
(pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Passion for eCommerce, advertising, and performance marketing.
self-starter mindset
with an insatiable drive to improve and win.
Nice to Have :
Experience with tools like
Helium 10 ,
Jungle Scout ,
DataHawk , or other Amazon analytics platforms.
Familiarity with
Amazon Seller Central
and / or
Vendor Central .
Experience in managing
DSP campaigns
or other programmatic media.
Knowledge of
retargeting, A / B testing , and campaign attribution models.
