ABOUT THE ROLE
WARDEN is seeking a high-performing, results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. This is a full-time role for a proven sales professional ready to take ownership of the sales cycle and build a healthy pipeline. You will be responsible for identifying and converting prospective clients in the B2B SaaS industry. This role is ideal for individuals who are charismatic and excel in face-to-face meetings, are great at delivering product demonstrations and cultivating strategic client relationships, and are motivated by the prospect of unlimited earning potential.

Warden is an innovative B2B SaaS startup, but not the boring kind. We're agile and scaling rapidly in the PropTech / Shared Living space, where we help coliving & student housing operators to digitise and optimise their properties. We do this with a dual-platform solution - a comprehensive admin dashboard used by property managers to oversee hundreds of properties, and an intuitive resident app used by thousands of residents. As industry experts and technology partners, we introduce automation to their manual workflows, maximise revenue streams, and eliminate inefficiencies. We believe in consultative selling instead of pushing our product, and are looking for people who embrace the same philosophy.
REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a B2B SaaS sales or business development role is mandatory.
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills are non-negotiable. You must be articulate, confident, and persuasive.
- You are resilient, target-driven, and comfortable with high-volume outreach and handling rejection. You have a proactive, "get-it-done" mindset.
- You have a dynamic personality for client meetings and are willing to travel as required for client engagement.
- You possess the ability to think strategically, identify customer pain points quickly, and deliver tailored, effective solutions.
- Strong proficiency with Zoho CRM (or a similar CRM platform) is highly preferred. Experienced with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Workspace, and Slack.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Proactively generate, qualify, and convert new business opportunities to consistently achieve and exceed sales quotas.Execute high-velocity outreach activities, including cold calling, personalised email campaigns, and LinkedIn social selling, to build a qualified sales pipeline.Conduct face-to-face meetings and compelling product demonstrations with key stakeholders across India and international markets as required.Thoroughly research prospects against our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) to ensure a high-quality pipeline.Maintain accurate and real-time records of all sales activities, leads, and opportunities in Zoho CRM.Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our SaaS solution and the B2B technology landscape, with the ability to handle objections effectively during client interactions.Collaborate closely with Sales & Marketing teams to align strategies and execute targeted campaigns.COMPENSATION & PERKS
