Overview
- We are seeking an experienced and driven Channel Sales Manager Health Agency to join our team in Ahmedabad. This role involves managing and expanding our health insurance business through channel partners, ensuring strong partner engagement, driving sales performance, and achieving growth targets in the region.
Key Responsibilities
Channel Partner Management :
Build, nurture, and manage relationships with health agency partners to maximize sales productivity and retention.Sales Strategy & Execution :
Develop and implement business plans and sales strategies to achieve defined revenue targets.Performance Management :
Track and monitor partner performance, ensuring consistent achievement of KPIs and sales goals.Training & Enablement :
Provide guidance, training, and support to partners and internal sales teams to enhance product knowledge and selling effectiveness.Market Expansion :
Identify and onboard new channel partners to strengthen the distribution network in the Ahmedabad region.Customer Experience :
Ensure exceptional service standards and maintain strong post-sale relationships with customers and partners.Cross-functional Collaboration :
Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Underwriting, and Claims) to deliver a seamless partner and customer experience.Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.2-6 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.Proven track record in managing channel partners and achieving sales targets.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Experience in Health Insurance sales will be an added advantage.(ref : iimjobs.com)
