Role Summary : We are looking for a skilled MEP Designer with 4 to 5 years of experience to join our in-house design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) drawings and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) using Autodesk Revit. You will work closely with our architects, civil engineers, vendors, and execution team to ensure seamless design-to-delivery coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop accurate MEP layout drawings using Autodesk Revit (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, and low-voltage systems).
• Collaborate with architectural and structural teams for clash detection and coordination.
• Prepare BOQs for MEP services aligned with design and execution requirements.
• Support tendering, budgeting, and vendor alignment processes with technical documentation.
• Revise and update models and drawings based on feedback and site conditions.
• Conduct regular coordination meetings with vendors and consultants to ensure design intent is maintained during execution.
• Perform quantity take-offs and support procurement processes by providing detailed schedules.
• Perform site visits if required for design validation and MEP inspections.
