Job descriptionLead and oversee the successful delivery of artificial intelligence software products Develop and implement program management strategies to ensure timely and high-quality delivery Manage conflicts and challenges that arise during the project lifecycle Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals and deliverables Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project execution Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement B.Tech in Information Technology or related field Strong Stakeholder management Effective communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Expertise in project management tools and methodologies Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile practices Program Management Conflict Resolution Delivery Management for software products Advanced knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning principles
Experience
- 12+ years of experience in the software industry.
- Demonstrated track record of successful program management and delivery management for software products
- Proven experience in conflict resolution and stakeholder management
