Manager / Senior Manager - Standard Operating Procedure

Role (Why position exists) : To collaborate with retail operations and other functions to ensure adherence of best practices and seamless implementation of SOP along with enhancement of store productivity operations and compliance.

Main Responsibilities :

• Direct daily operations of retail stores in a geographic area, monitoring backend operations, best practices and store activities.
• Proactively drive and implement efforts ensuring streamlined effective best practices and processes throughout
• Implement retail excellence standard in accordance with brand guidelines to ensure consistency with overall image and service standard of the brand.
• Develop and oversee the implementation of customer centric initiatives designed to drive growth, profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze all relevant KPIs and implement all necessary actions with the aim of elevate the Customer Engagement and boost sales performance.
• Being analytical and partner with Operation Team to take solid action plan in achieving sales objectives.
• Developing and delivering retail improvement initiatives regional context having created measurable impact for store colleagues and consumers.
• MPM Execution
• Promotion & Campaign Execution
• Replenishment (Store Backend)
