Key Responsibilities
Delivery Management
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Application Development, Application Production Support & Maintenance, Transition and Transformation projects / programs of financial services applications across various commercial models including Time & Material, Fixed Price commercial models.
- Ensure SLA adherence, quality assurance, and continuous improvement in service delivery.
- Drive operational efficiency, automation, and transformation initiatives.
- Manage risk, compliance, and governance across the portfolio.
Customer Engagement
Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders.Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.Translate client business needs into actionable delivery strategies.Lead monthly / quarterly business reviews and strategic planning sessions.Manage escalations effectively to avoid stakeholder dissatisfaction.Team & Financial Leadership
Oversee a delivery team of 450+ professionals across onshore, offshore, and nearshore locations.Manage P&L for a $30M portfolio, ensuring profitability and growth.Mentor and develop delivery leads and project managers.Solution response & Bid Management
Drive pre-sales supportDemonstrated experience in managing bids end to endExperience in handling RFP, estimation, solution & winning multiple large dealsRequired Qualifications
20+ years of experience in IT services, with a strong focus on Financial Services.Proven track record managing portfolios of $30M+ and large delivery teams (400+ members).Deep understanding of financial services applications, regulatory environments, and client expectations.Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Experience working with global delivery models and cross-functional teams.Someone with good pedigree - Education and EmploymentPreferred Qualifications
PMP, ITIL, or equivalent certifications.Experience with Agile, DevOps, and digital transformation programs.Prior experience working with It services or similar organizations.Skills Required
