Job Summary
We are looking for a details oriented US accounting specialist to join our team. This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline driven settings.
Key Roles and responsibilities
1. hands on experience in Accounts Payable and Receivable.
2. Generate and send invoice based on approved timesheets
3. Validate purchase orders, invoices and payment terms.
4. Maintain AP and Reconcile AR accounts.
5. Ensure timely submission of timesheet for billings.
6. Monitor, track and validate employee timesheets for accuracy and compliance with client requirements.
Skills Required
1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
2. 2 + yrs of experience in AP, AR, vendor management, & Timesheet, Preferably Supporting US accounting.
3. Hands on Experience in Quick books.
4. Experience in staffing or consulting industry preferred.
