Job descriptionStrong knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations (GST, TDS, etc.). Experience in web ERP software like zoho and quick books is mandatory. Preparation of MIS report for account payable receivable. Hands-on experience with accounting software such as Tally, SAP, Oracle, or similar. Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.). Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure. High attention to detail and organizational skills. Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com). Professional qualification like MBA (Finance) is preferred. 4 -7years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles.
Job Summary :
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Associate– Accounts to support our financial operations and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting functions, preparing financial statements, assisting with audits, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, etc.)
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Support in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Ensure timely and accurate statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Income Tax, etc.)
- Assist with internal and external audits and coordinate with auditors.
- Perform monthly reconciliations of bank accounts, vendor accounts, and inter-company accounts.
- Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements.
- Review and ensure accuracy of accounting entries and financial records
