Job Description :

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support our finance team in managing day-to-day accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will assist with maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Areas of Responsibilities :

Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

Support the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.

Help prepare financial statements in line with company policies and regulations.

Assist with audits and coordinate with external auditors as needed.

Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Support the monitoring of internal controls and financial reporting accuracy.

Maintain and organize financial data and documentation.

Assist management in budgeting and basic financial analysis.

Collaborate with other departments to support overall business operations.

Qualifications & Skills :

Qualified CA

2-4 years of accounting or finance experience.

Basic knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.

Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or ERP systems).

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Good organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work effectively under supervision and meet deadlines.
