We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Lead – Data Privacy to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing privacy frameworks, managing data incidents, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. This role is best suited for professionals with strong expertise in data privacy and a proven track record of handling critical compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the implementation of privacy frameworks across business functions.

Manage data privacy incidents and ensure timely resolution in compliance with regulations.

Develop, review, and enforce privacy policies and procedures.

Partner with cross-functional teams to drive awareness and compliance in day-to-day operations.

Provide guidance on legal and regulatory requirements related to data protection.

Act as a subject matter expert on data privacy, audits, and risk management practices.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in data privacy, compliance, or related functions.

LLB qualification (mandatory).

Hands-on experience with privacy implementation, frameworks, and incident management.

Strong understanding of data protection laws and compliance standards.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
