About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Data Privacy professional with strong expertise in privacy regulations, data protection frameworks, and compliance management to join our team as a Manager or Senior Manager . The role involves managing privacy projects, driving compliance initiatives, and ensuring adherence to global and regional data protection laws.

Key Responsibilities

For Both Manager & Senior Manager :

• Lead and manage data privacy and protection programs for global clients, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Assess, design, and implement privacy frameworks, policies, and procedures aligned with GDPR, PDPL, DIFC, CCPA, and other applicable laws.
• Conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA) and Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA) for new projects and processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including IT, legal, risk, and compliance teams, to embed privacy requirements into business operations.
• Handle incident response and breach management in line with global privacy requirements.
• Develop and deliver training, awareness sessions, and workshops for clients and internal teams.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for senior leadership and client stakeholders.
• Stay updated on evolving Middle East, Indian, and global data protection regulations and recommend necessary policy updates.
