Nap Chief is a fast-growing D2C kidsโ wear brand that makes every childโs wardrobe fun, functional, and vibrant ๐. Weโre looking for a Growth Manager to own sales, marketplaces, and growth initiatives, driving performance across all channels ๐.
Role & Responsibilities
- ๐ฏ Own weekly, monthly & quarterly sales growth targets (50โ100% scale-ups)
- ๐ Track performance daily / weekly, spot gaps early, and implement corrective actions
- ๐ก Analyze sales, pricing, inventory, and campaign performance
- ๐ Build and maintain growth dashboards for visibility and accountability
- ๐ค Coordinate with marketing, ops, design, and finance to execute growth plans
- ๐ Manage external platform POCs and vendors
- ๐ Unlock new growth channels (marketplaces, partnerships, collaborations)
- ๐ Drive marketplace initiatives like ads, placements, merchandising
- ๐ฌ Negotiate discounts, rebates, and commercial terms
- โก Make quick, high-quality decisions and take accountability for results
- ๐ฃ Provide clear updates to founders / leads
Skills & Requirements
๐ Experience with D2C sales channels (Shopify, marketplaces, etc.)๐ Growth strategy & funnel building (acquisition โ activation โ retention)๐ Data analysis & forecasting (Excel / SQL)๐ฐ P&L awareness & revenue modeling๐ค Negotiation with partners / vendors๐งช Experiment design & rapid testing๐ฏ Goal setting, prioritization & delegation๐ Leadership & motivational skills๐ผ Business acumen & ownership mindset๐ฃ Excellent communication & decisivenessTop Skills
