Key Responsibilities :
- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Understand manpower requirements from various departments and prepare job descriptions accordingly.
- Post job openings on various platforms including job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Source and screen resumes through job portals, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct telephonic / virtual / face-to-face interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate with department heads for technical interviews and finalize selections.
- Negotiate salary and prepare offer letters for selected candidates.
- Candidate Management
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical roles.
- Ensure timely communication and feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Conduct background checks, document verification, and pre-joining formalities.
- Onboarding
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new hires with proper induction and orientation sessions.
- Support employees with joining formalities (PF, ESIC, ID cards, etc.).
- Employer Branding
- Represent the organization professionally at job fairs, campus drives, and recruitment events.
- Build and maintain the company's employer brand through social media and networking platforms.
- HR Operations (Supporting Role)
- Maintain recruitment-related MIS, trackers, and reports.
- Support HR team in performance evaluation, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and labor laws.
